Well before today I wasn’t sure that Twitter was worth my time. But, alas, it is. Why? Because I was fortunate enough to meet the bloke behind LinkLaunder.com and SEO Booster Lite.
Both of these WordPress plugins are FREE and Excellent. Let me walk you through them a bit, starting with my favorite:
Second Page SEO Booster
This plugin was created based by the idea in the article, Second Page Poaching – Advanced White Hat SEO Techniques.
Read more about the plugin here: http://myWordPress.com/free/WordPress-plugin-seo-booster-lite.html
The plugin detects and collects visits by users from search engines, especially from those pages listed on page two of the search engine.
By adding the provided widget in your WordPress blog, it will present site-wide links to these pages with the search terms it has detected, and by adding site-wide links to the posts with the search term from the search engine, it will attempt to boost those pages from page 2 to page 1.
The plugin is hard-coded to only list the posts from page 2 in the search engines, so once the post has reached page 1 or falls further down (page 3 and downwards) the links will no longer be displayed in the widget.
This is a really great plugin that helps you get those SERP results on the second page to move up to the first page. It’s totally White-Hat & easy to install. My limited experience with the plugin has led me to install it on every blog I run and suggest it to my SEO clients.
Link Launder
Now linklaunder.com is taking a stab at automatic link building. I’ve almost never seen this done right, but I do have high hopes in this case. LinkLaunder is a WordPress plugin. And it is also completely free.
I did install this plugin on one of my websites, but the plugin takes a little while to get the links coming in. I’ll have to report back on how well this plugin performs. But, like I said, I put a lot of faith in the bloke who developed these plugins.
On Twitter?
If you are on twitter, I’d suggest following the developer @myWordpress to see as these plugins grow and develop.
Until later, Brad

LnkLaunder seems promising. I tried it about a month ago but it did not work. No links for a week. Now 2 new versions have been released in meantime and I should try it again!
Keep us updated about your experience with LL.
Been trying link launder on only one of my sites, as i’m not sure its entirely white hat, nothing yet – the forum on LL site is not very promising?
we will wait n see
Thanks
Yes, Linklaunder has had some problems with getting started. I really like the developer, but it is possible that his new projects have taken up more of his time.
One of the best plugin I’ve put on my blog site, I like the fact that it keeps track of the keywords that are driving traffic to my site. Thanks for SEO Booster Lite.
The linklaunder plugin is either broken or some kind of weird scam. It does nothing as far as I can tell – the forum software at the home site is broken so that you can’t leave comments or ask questions. and the same questions that I would have asked are already posted unanswered I.e no links nothing happening whats going on? I deleted the plugin as Im guessing it may be some kind of trojan.
Winston,
I understand your concern. The Linklaunder plugin never worked for me either, but I’m 99.9% positive it’s not a trojan. I can vouch for the creator that he’s a really good guy. I think the community never embraced the plugin enough to get enough blogs that the plugin could work. So mark it down as a ‘beta’ and not as a virus. But yeah, you may still not want to use it because it’s too new.
Thanks for your comment,
Brad
